Cabinets: in good shape
Doors: inside or outside – no rotted wood
Windows: no rotted wood; no fogged or broken glass
Lighting and complete ceiling fans
Plumbing Supplies: sinks, tubs, shower units,
faucets and hardware
in excellent condition.
Wood Furniture: in good condition
Upholstered Furniture: clean, no stains, burns, rips or tears
Carpet: 10x10ft or larger in excellent condition
Flooring: wood, laminate, vinyl, ceramic at least 25 sq ft
Hardware
Residential electrical items
Hand and Power Tools: in working condition
Electronics: in working order with all cords included
Building Materials: in useable quantities, sizes and condition
Items We Do Not Accept
Used mattresses and linens, paint, used clothing,
mini-blinds, books, tapes, DVD’s, computers
and small household items you would find
at Goodwill or Salvation Army.
